   Worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive and Handled various talent acquisition disciplines which involves scheduling of interviews, getting feedback, collecting documents for background verification, initiating BGC checks, dispatching offer letters, and follow-ups till onboarding. Developed a candidate pool of qualified resumes and identified prospective applicants based on the skills needed by hiring managers. Handled Screening applicants optimally and conducted preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ suitability, attitude, professional and academic qualification, experience and compensation with NP.
