ABOUT RUCHIT THAKKAR

As a result-oriented professional with over five years of experience in legal and retail industries, I bring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to any working environment. My passion for customer interaction has been honed by two years of retail experience, where I excelled at providing excellent service, handling complaints, and providing appropriate solutions. Currently, I am a Support Manager at Walmart Canada, where I work with customers to understand their needs and provide outstanding service. I am responsible for handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution. I have also participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions and engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork. My exceptional performance and potential were recognized by the Store Manager, who enrolled me in the 10 & 10 program for further professional advancement and better understanding of store operations. Previously, I worked as a Customer Relationship Manager, where I applied emerging technologies using CMS, HTML, and CSS to update and maintain site applicability. I also collaborated with marketing and design teams to develop and plan site content, layout, and style, while monitoring issues carefully and reaching out to customers to provide immediate resolution and maintain satisfaction. I hold a B.A.LL.B (Criminal Hons.) degree from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, and have developed additional skills through various experiences, such as developing a multi-vendor E-commerce platform and completing a certificate course on photography. I am an enthusiastic, innovative, and analytical individual who enjoys collaborating with team members to achieve target results.
