Involved into end to end It recruitment hiring for clients like Manufacturing, BFSI,Management Consulting and Information Technology.• Sourcing of relevant resumes through Job Portals, networking and references (Internal and External).• Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe• Screening and short-listing of CV’s, Interview Scheduling, Interviewing the short-listed candidates and all follow up actions thereafter till the close of the position.• Handling first level of screening in order to assess the candidate\'s suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc.• End to end co-ordination of interviews from technical team and candidate side.• Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.• Involved in resource ramp-up planning. • Actively perform final closure and offer after doing HR discussion.• Adhere to Process document and ensure requisitions are tracked to 100% client satisfaction
