At Infosys, I can be what the Organisation wants me to be.Starting my journey in 2008 from ENG Delivery - PLM, venturing into KBE, and transitioning to competency development in 2012 with CAD automation, VB.NET for KBE applications and IoT in 2016- where we went on to enable ~20k employees across the organisation through hands on IoT workshops - it was recognised as one of the best initiatives, also won best course award, to steering the ARVR and AI Competency Development - I have truly come a long way!In my current role, I successfully spearhead Org wide Digital Stories- initiative aimed at enabling senior leaders on AI and emerging technologies. We enable 7K people /Quarter.My responsibilities extend to managing vendor collaborations, ensuring our teams are at the forefront of the Metaverse, AI and IoT advancements.
