   In this role, I was responsible for architecture and delivery of cloud based Smart Spaces solution for The Henderson Land group for their latest ultra-modern commercial building in the heart of Hong Kong. The project involves design and development of AWS based data & analytics platform, a mobile app for Tenants as well as a couple of management and operations portals. The solution has to integrate with various third-party systems, both on cloud as well as on-premise systems such as lift systems, BMS etc,Liasoning with client and Infosys PMO teams from day 0, I helped create the program plan. I work as clients\' Trusted Partner and support business requirements and UX design through technical and business inputs. I am also responsible for overall architecture of all platform components and integrations with external systems. Responsibilities include- Regular review of program plan with PMO and client to identify risks, delays and make adjustments to program plan with minimal impact- Work with dev teams to identify and execute PoCs for tech design decisions- Development of system architecture documents- Regular technical discussions with third-party teams to come up with integration architectures for respective systems. Present our strategy, taking external partners into confidence and deciding on the solution making sure clients\' interests are always protected- Define coding standards for the project- Define Devops strategy, tools and release management process for the project in consultation with client- Plan and oversee infrastructure code development (IaC) and deployment of cloud services- Work with dev teams to review feature level requirements, designs and estimates- Work with QA team to review QA documents such as QA plans and test reports- Unblock all teams and make sure teams are making progress towards their delivery goals.
