As a part of the Bank\'s CSR Committee, I am responsible for the CSR strategy, identifying, planning, due-diligence, governance and execution of all CSR initiatives for Deutsche Bank and all its group entities in India. I work closely with various stakeholder groups like the Government, the NGOs, various bilateral organizations and with the Company\'s management and volunteer groups to ensure all the social investments made are impactful to the communities we operate in and are monitored and communicated well.
