I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from ICFAI Business School, and more than two years of experience in talent acquisition at Uplers, a leading IT outsourcing company.As a Talent Acquisition Executive, I supported the company\'s growth and expansion by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT roles, such as web developers, designers, and digital marketers. I managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews to negotiating offers.
