   With 21+ years of experience, I have had the privilege of handling many diverse & strategic roles at Genpact.From an Operating role to a HR Business Partner to an HR Lead, Talent Management & M&A HR, the complexity & richness of each of these roles have been an experience like no other!At the core, I own end-to-end employee lifecycle & ensure letter-and-spirit implementation of people engagement & retention practices. Talent acquisition, talent mobility, talent engagement, development & retention are my core areas of expertise. Have run various strategic and change management initiatives at different points in time, along with managing large global portfolios.Have had varied experience of transitioning and stabilizing big & complex deals from an HR perspective. In addition to people, I co-own financial goals that entails partnering with leadership on both top line & bottom line, for the portfolio.As a Mergers & Acquisitions HR Lead, I support G pursuits, in this space, from deal stage to go-live to integration. Being the face to the client and acting as a conduit between multiple internal teams, the role challenges me to juggle multiple priorities and deliver best-in-class client & employee experience, at the same time, delivering organizational commitments. With activities ranging from pitching G’s M&A capabilities to HR Due Diligence to legal closure of HR aspects to successful onboarding of agreed scope, to a post-integration & change management phase, there is never a dull moment!As an area of passion, I personally worked on designing & delivering program content for one of the strategic programs on \"Building Supervisory Effectiveness\"- This involved bringing together material from various sources, quantifying it with real life examples & stitching it with day-to-day responsibilities of a supervisor at Genpact. Being certified, I facilitated this bootcamp for 100+ supervisors.I love what I do & am always up for new learnings & challenges!
