Conduct workshops, and surveys to elicit user needs and preferences. Analyse and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business requirements.• User Testing: To test and approve the development from the IT Team considering various test cases to ensure that the development done is as per the requirement submitted by any stakeholder.• Client Relationship Management: To communicate with the client from day 1 through organization app portal and ensuring their all concern and queries to be taken care of.• Construction Schedule Management: Planning of the construction schedules from contract signing with the client till handover of the project. • MIS Management: Creating and sharing Daily Reports with the HODs to help them evaluate their team performances.
