Rethink Mental Illness is a national charity working with the NHS, local councils, andvoluntary and community organisations, to transform mental health services and support.The “Evidence and Impact” team work collaboratively with staff across the organisation toprovide evidence about the difference our services are making to people, as well asundertake research and evaluation to help improve the services we provide and to helpinform our policy and campaigns work.Joined the Evidence and Impact sub-group. It has been established for people with lived experience to directly input into the core functionsas a department, and help embed lived experience of mental ill-health as a core componentof it. We give out inputs to the group for the co-production and coproducing the research and evaluation toolkit that can create more accessible and relevant outcomes for both the service user and the department.
