I am a Finance Leader with over 12 years of extensive experience in strategy, finance, and business transformation across various industries such as IT services, IT captives, manufacturing, and consulting. Currently at Mindsprint, I collaborate with CXOs to drive business strategy, implement agile systems, and manage the company\'s financial health. My expertise lies in delivering robust growth outcomes, executing with precision, enhancing efficiency, and focusing on essential metrics. I am proficient in finance transformation using new generation back-end systems, and have experience ranging from establishing foundational processes for start-ups to overhauling existing organizational processes for established players. I have seen finance closely from all quarters, be it pricing, FP & A or controllership. My dedication to finance has earned me recognition as the youngest recipient of the \"CFOnext100\" award.    Led greenfield implementation of SAP S4 HANA on Cloud(GROW) which made the entire org integrated, scalable, efficient, and future-ready. This included: 1.10+ third party integrations including Concur, Hubspot, Service Now, and Host to Host. Data migration for 2 years across projects 3. 7 modules implementation like FI, MM, SD, Project Mgt, Talent Mgt- Transformed finance processes resulting in revenue closing from WD+2 to WD-2 and month end closing from WD+4 to WD+1 - Led finance governance with a focus on compliance, transparency, and enterprise risk assessment, ensuring robust secretarial oversight for 5 operational geographies- Led the largest demerger till date of Olam group’s IT (~$100mn) into various subgroups, resulting in the creation of an independent services company called Mindsprint. This involved creation of chargeback models, new/separate contracting, and ensuring the created entities work at arm’s length. Youngest CFOnext100 (by CFO India) awardee due to this project- Set up finance function for service provider incl processes like billing, Corporate FP & A, Business Finance- Led FP & A and Billing function of Mindsprint ensuring business strategy, insights to mgt to meet Revenue, EBIT, Forecasting & Budgeting accuracy and DSO- Created a dynamic pricing model and governance structure for technology/BPS service provider. This enabled strategic pricing decisions, compliance, and market competitiveness.
