IPR associate and Registered patent agent working at NRDC, ab enterprise under DSIR, Ministry of Science and Technology, Having an experience of patent drafting, responses to FER, drafting opposition, patent landscaping, Freedom-to-operate, patentability search, invalidation search etc. Our role is to find the technology available for marketing and commercialisation, finding the gap between the technology, and licensing it to the industry in need of technology via agreement, ToT, licensing, MoU execution etc. Besides this our role is to provide IP assistance to our startups incubatees and associated with other domains and organisation and follow up with the inventors and attorneys. I also had worked in startup division where we are evaluation startup for tax exemption under section 80IAC, registered under DPIIT.
