Merchant Management System: Built a digital onboarding and management stack for merchants operating on UPI (offline and QR-based). RBI-Compliant Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): Designed and deployed a platform interacting with major payment network switches, compliant with RBI\'s ODR mandate. Smart Reconciliation Module: Built an intelligent 3-way reconciliation engine for UPI transactions, including CBS batch posting to reduce system load and enhance TAT. ERP Platforms – Jewellery & School Domains: Launched tailored ERP platforms enabling recurring UPI subscriptions and collections for niche sectors like retail jewellery and education.
