I’m a technology-savvy Legal Executive and former Electrical Engineer who leads with curiosity, clarity, and pragmatism. Currently VP, Head of Legal at Veho — a late stage, venture-backed AI-driven logistics technology company transforming last-mile delivery for major retail partners through AI-driven routing, gig-economy operations, and nationwide warehouses.At Veho, I built the Legal function from the ground up and now oversee all aspects of litigation, employment, privacy, IP, product, and compliance across a distributed workforce of corporate, warehouse, and independent contractor teams. I’m passionate about scaling teams, building repeatable legal processes, and using technology (including AI and CLM automation) to make legal work faster and more transparent.Previously, I led commercial and product legal teams at Twitter (now X), OpenTable, and Goodwin Procter, advising executives on partnerships, innovation, and risk.
