Heading Training for State Digital Health Project called BHAVYA for all Health professionals at 38 districts ( Government Health Facilities) under Mukhyamantri Digital Health Yojna at Plus91 Technologies. Working closely with the State Health Society to bring a transformation in the Healthcare industry. The project encapsulates roll out of complete HIMS- Hospital Information Management System in all the government health facilities of Bihar. The roll comprises of handling a large team of Training managers and trainers, Developing Training Plans for capacity building of each health professional working in the government health facilities of the state. Training being an integral part of this HIMS roll out, has been the most challenging phase of this project, though with strategic planning and execution has been accoplished with great results in Implementiong the Helath Solutions.
