I’m a learning and capability development leader with over 25 years of experience building high-performance organizations across India and global markets. My work spans consulting, learning strategy, and digital reskilling for some of the world’s most respected brands, such as Apple, IBM, WNS Global Services, PepsiCo, and leading Indian banks. I’ve led large-scale capability programs in BFSI and IT industries, and led NIIT’s Managed Training Services business for India, integrating GenAI and analytics into enterprise learning.I am also a passionate learning facilitator for Design Thinking, Presentation and Public Speaking Skills, Consultative Selling, Performance Coaching and other behavioural subjects.
