User Experience with Research driven projects as a team of Total Experience - Design Thinking Centre of Excellence within unit. Worked on multiple in-house products and platforms to solve business problems.1. Perspective AppMobile app for the insights of TCS and leadership address. UX audit of the android app was done, benchmarking and created prototypes of the revised screens.2. External Workforce ManagementA platform for hire to retire cycle of temporary employees. Lead the initiative, near to 30 user interviews to deep dive into problem areas, collaborated with multiple stakeholders, covering India and US geography. Revamp of processes like hiring, effort logging, invoicing, termination with VMS and the internal tool.3. Service DeskRe-imagination of TCS in-house ticketing tool. Identified problems with the current process and platform by conducting empathy conversations with 30+ users. Driven ideation workshop with stakeholders and users for high level solution roadmap and design recommendations with wireframes. Major Incident Management Collaborated to identify the delays happening in resolving major incidents, addressing the gaps in as-is journey of personas. Worked to re-think process level to-be journey and form key solutions in brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.5. Work Management Platform (Prime)Enhancement of the experience and UI of KPI management module, re-designing of the work boards. Created wireframes for a platform (pre-project) used to manage conversion of sales deals into projects. Collaborated regularly with Business Analysts and Developers to implement designs in sprints.6. Design Thinking WorkshopsAs a part of Design Thinking Centre of Excellence team, conducted design thinking sessions for various initiatives, projects and programs within and outside the organisation.
