As a Growth Marketing Consultant, I am responsible to manage the marketing stack that includes Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, LinkedIn, Apollo. My role revolves around nurturing the leads coming in from Outbound and Inbound Channels, advertising and reaching out to customers and prospects in the right place and right time, tracking accounts and communicating with Customer Success Department, managing leads between Marketing to Sales funnel, understanding customer journey and moving leads from Sales to Marketing motion and vice versa as Strong understanding of Healthcare services in United States.As a Product Consultant at 6sense, I helped customers leverage the power of AI and big data to optimize their sales and marketing strategies. I have led implementation of 6Sense AI product by completely understanding the product, its model and the customer data. I also contributed to the product development and improvement by providing feedback and insights from the customer perspective. I have over three years of work experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including six months as a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte Digital, where I worked with clients across various industries to implement and integrate Salesforce solutions. I applied my skills in Salesforce Sales Navigator, Lightning Web Components, and Service Cloud to deliver customized solutions. Prior to that, I was a Customer Success Guide at Salesforce, where I supported and trained customers on how to use the platform effectively and efficiently. I have handled customers from all the regions across the globe with EMEA being the major region. I have served 100+ Pardot customers with their implementation and strategy. I have served 50+ customer in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier Institute of Management, where I focused on business administration, management, and operations. I also have a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where I developed my technical and analytical skills.
