She has been successfully driving large scale end-to-end digital transformations at group level, the most recent one being Aarohan – Mahindra group’s flagship cloud transformation and modernization project. She is spearheading industry-leading AI and Gen AI initiatives at Mahindra Group to constantly drive innovation and enhance customer experience.Rucha also serves as a director on the board of Mahindra Lifespaces.
