I have profound experience in managing projects across CSR, Public Health, Social Development and Welfare. I have a passion for creating a positive impact in the community. Throughout my tenure, I have been actively involved in social work research activities and evaluating programs and services. The complexity of health and welfare requires a multi-dimensional approach. This understanding has led me to integrate medical social work across diverse medical verticals, including Cardiac, Dialysis, Cancer, Disability, HIV, and Infertility. By doing so, I ensure that patients receive medical attention and the socio-emotional support they require during challenging health journeys.A firm believer in preventive care and education, I\'ve been at the helm of numerous Family Life Education sessions and family counselling initiatives. These programs are instrumental in strengthening family bonds, addressing mental well-being, and ensuring a supportive environment for individuals.I pride myself on establishing and efficiently managing Health and Welfare units.
