I am a Registered Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist, and a certified meditation instructor in Toronto, ON.In my private practice I provide mental health counselling and psychotherapy to empower clients to manage stress and anxiety, build self-trust, and foster resilience. In particular, I am passionate about supporting young adults with anxiety and ADHD, new parents, and those going through big life transitions. I am currently accepting new clients!At Innovative Case Management, I assess, treat, and assist clients who have been in motor vehicle accidents to achieve optimal functioning at home, work and in the community.I\'ve practiced and studied Buddhist meditation for over 15 years, and have completed various trainings including a 2-year Community Meditation Teacher training program with True North Insight, and the Advanced Practioner Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. I offer meditation coaching sessions to folks who want to learn about meditation and dharma, and throughout the year I offer meditation classes and workshops online and at Reunion Yoga & Pilates, in Toronto.
