ABOUT RUBY JAMES PARKER
I am a strategic researcher and designer with 5 years of expertise improving user experience in technology, healthcare consulting, and government sectors. I am excited to leverage my experience, along with my academic background in Anthropology and Design, to continue pushing the boundaries in human-centered design. I have led dozens of mixed-method research studies to decipher complex systems and create excellent user experiences, and I love facilitating workshops and teaching others about design thinking. I thrive in a collaborative and creative team environment, enjoy working on a team with a good sense of humor, and am at my best when I have an opportunity to make the world a better place. I have an interest in human-technology interaction and how people perceive intangible things (time, the Cloud, et cetera) and am a professional people-watcher, charismatic introvert, creative perfectionist, and tinkerer.
