As a Trainer, I am am designing and delivering strategic training and one-to-one coaching sessions for learners to assist members in realising their career goals. As a result, I was awarded the Pho People Award in 2020 for consistently delivering exceptional service and managing orders with accuracy.• Spearheaded the implementation of a comprehensive customer service training program for over 100 staff members across the country, focused on handling customer complaints and inquiries. As a result, customer satisfaction scores improved by 50%, and customer retention increased by 10%.
