Provide service to Employer groups between 10•••00 * Serve as main point of contact for existing book of business * Act as liaison between brokers, employer groups, and carriers * Work on renewals for existing book of business * Deliver renewal information to groups * Run RFQ and RFP process * Prepare renewal binders/presentations * Conduct open enrollment booklets/new hire booklets * Oversee the new group implementation process * Have knowledge of electronic file feed process * Be knowledgeable in the changes with Health Care Reform * Act as an extension to HR
