As a second-generation immigrant, I experienced firsthand the challenges of financial hardship. These early life experiences shaped my deep belief in housing as a vital tool for overcoming barriers and unlocking opportunity. This passion led me to begin my multifamily career right out of high school as a leasing agent. Now, with over 22 years of industry experience, I’ve built a track record of success across all operational aspects of property management.My expertise spans value-add, LIHTC, acquisitions, dispositions, brand management, stabilized, and rehab communities. I specialize in building strong, high-performing teams and have consistently maximized profitability, even while navigating shifting economic climates. Agility in strategy and operations is key, and I pride myself on staying ahead of market changes through thoughtful, transparent leadership.I am deeply committed to excellence, integrity, and fostering trust, especially in third party management partnerships. I believe in building a collaborative team culture where every voice is heard, every person is seen, and everyone is truly appreciated.Outside of work, I’m a devoted wife and proud mom of four. You’ll often find me on the baseball fields supporting my husband and son, and I’m especially proud of my eldest who is serving in the Navy. Balancing my professional passions with family keeps me grounded and grateful.
