I am a very innovative person. Sometimes it goes hand in hand with being resourceful as well. Whenever a problem arises I take the initiative to find new and creative ways to solve them. I analyze the situation and possible outcomes and then I utilize my resources on hand and do what I can to solve these problems. My passion to come up with new and innovative ideas has inspired those around me to look at the bigger picture when it comes to difficult situations.Throughout my years in retail, I have made a point to build on customer relations. I have learned that without building these relationships and trust it is very difficult to succeed with a client. I have always been an outgoing person when it comes to meeting new people. I am curious and ambitious when it comes to networking which drives me to make connections with whomever I am interacting with. I am quick to start easy flowing conversations and understand who people are by asking questions and reading social cues. Within my current job as a stylist, I have customers who prefer to work with me and have become our top customers based on our relationships. One of my biggest passions has always been to learn. I have been told I am a very open-minded person who loves to try new things and thrive off of trial and error. I like to step out of the box and see where it will lead me. I have my fears but I refuse to let them overcome my better judgment when it comes to new experiences. I take each new thing as a learning experience. I become very observant and make mental notes. I like to look at each day as a new learning opportunity and what can I do to make it different.
