   With its drone delivery system, Zipline is revolutionizing the humanitarian supply chain and the healthcare industry by offering instant access to critical medical supplies that save lives. Zipline is changing the way healthcare is provided by shrinking the distances and giving a whole new meaning to the saying “it’s a small world”. With its instant logistics system, Zipline has built the world’s largest autonomous delivery network serving all people equally with on-demand delivery. Zipline is currently operating multiple drone nests in Rwanda, Ghana and Nigeria as well as in the US and in Japan. Ivory Coast and Kenya are coming soon… Zipline works with many carriers and freight forwarders to bring supplies into its San Francisco based headquarters where the manufacturing takes place. The drones, nest equipment and parts are then shipped into the countries where we operate. Multiple Humanitarian & healthcare partners are inviting Zipline to establish operations in their countries. Zipline is growing and so is our inbound and outbound volume of freight, my role is to implement its freight sourcing strategy by actively cultivating and onboarding carriers and freight forwarders that offer competitive logistics services to and from the countries in which we operate.
