As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I have years of quality experience in the high-level recruiting process. I have a certificate in Talent Acquisition from Cornell University, and I have completed courses in Public Speaking, Motivational Interviewing, and Business Administration and Management at Piedmont Virginia Community College.I have worked with various organizations, such as The Perfect Child, Costanzo\'s Bakery, and Cielo Talent, to recruit candidates for different roles and industries, including Mental Health, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial, Food Service, Hospitality, and Professional. I have successfully filled multiple positions in a timely and efficient manner, using BrassRing, Recruiting, and High-volume Recruiting skills. I have also received a Runner Up award for my volunteer work with the Building Goodness foundation.I thrive on building connections with candidates, because recruiting is not just about offering someone a job, it\'s about changing someone\'s life.
