Using state-of-the-art facilities, my team provides the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team, specifically the Electrification, Transmission & Driveline team.Coordination of the preparation for and management of the fixed facility and system under test to enable customer test activity across a number of internal and external facilities, with specific focus on:>Produce and agree baseline plan with customer group>Monitor Design, Delivery and Test plans in accordance with agreed schedule>Take ownership and development of test request and facility booking system>Evidence future strategy plans, lead financial planning and requests.>Produce KPIs for team and report to Senior Management>Act as champion for all process documentation>Support continuous improvement activity with the goal of improving test efficiency and/or product quality>Support all activities that result in a positive outcome from any audit, e.g. TS16949, OHSAS18001, ISO 14001
