Client : ADNOC Gas •Optima No: 892083•Contractor : Al Masaood Energy/Intertek•Provides Inspection Planning support to Corrosion & Inspection Department.•Record & update the SAP Technical Database for all Equipment, Pressure Relief Valves, Lifting Equipment, Pipelines and Recommendation & Repair (R&R) Report.•​Maintains and updates all the Inspection & Corrosion Department’s WIN file records (Plant equipment and pipelines), including the WIN register for Corrosion Monitoring.•Prepares monthly statement and status of Equipment and Piping reports as initiated by the Plant Inspection Engineer for each area (Process & Utilities) showing shutdown and routine reports.•Create Notifications and Work Requests using SAP system as and when required upon request by Areas Inspection Engineers.•Create Notifications for inspection reports in SAP ERP and save the reports against notifications as back-up.•Initiate Monthly Routine Inspection work Orders for Plant Equipment (eg: Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Relief Valves, Lifting Equipment etc.).•Responsible for ensuring that Inspection Management System and SAP inspection register are up to date including equipment database register and Inspection Planning.•Tools of the trade: SAP ERP Software, VAIL Plant (Integrity Management System -IMS Software), MS Access, MS Office (excel, word), MS Outlook
