Currently as a member of the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Operations leadership team, I am responsible for training and supporting geographically dispersed teams to use a corporate PPM tool to on-board mortgage call centers, retail branches and support offices. I am simultaneously working with Human Resources to implement health and safety policies and programs at our corporate locations. With my vision and leadership, the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Operations team has established project and process frameworks with best practices to improve internal customer satisfaction and strengthen internal business partnerships.
