West Coast lead for all Workplace Experience management operations, programs and initiatives.• Strategic partner to the larger Global Workplace Experience team on implementing strategies to standardize policies, procedures and develop program workflows and data collection.• Create, monitor and administrate multi-million dollar operating and capital expenditures. • Responsible for several properties consisting of over square feet of Class A office space and recording studios, multi-media rooms including tape library archive vaults and parking structures.• Supervise, coach, develop and manage in-house facilities team consisting of maintenance, administrative, reception and hospitality crews.• Supervise and manage outsourced mail room, parking, janitorial, landscaping and security staff while ensuring they adhere to our SLA’s and operational procedures.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Security, Projects, Hospitality, People Team, ESG, Procurement, Studio Operations and Global Technology to support the company\'s overall business objectives.• Work directly with C-level executives and business units on strategic space planning and CapEx forecasting. • Support WMG staff located across multiple regions including the Americas and APAC.• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and deliver employee experience from on boarding, relocations and exit.• Liaise with landlord and building engineering regarding overall maintenance of the building core and property.• Oversee and manage all HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire/life safety systems.• Manage physical security, including key card access, LPR, CCTV and data destruction.• Create, review and administrate new building service contracts and RFP’s.• Project manage new construction and renovation projects from concept to completion.• Implement and maintain operational and emergency standard operating procedures.
