Main Responsibilities * Product Design definition, from BIW to final Design.* DR (Design review) with Customer following the APQP and milestones of the project.* Strong Process –Product communication with Manufacturing to review the Design – Process feasibility before release it for prototype- Production.* Product & Part validation in the vehicles following the milestone.(DVP & R)* R@D development based on customer requirement in order to provide solutions for design and manufacturing concern.* Capable to create CAE studies, creating feasibility concepts to meet functionality and customers’ requirements looking to reduce cost investment and piece price cost.* Focus on Patent ideas for new products.* Open Mind to create new ideas to reduce cost, weight, help the environment, produce and exceed Customers requirements,* Open to create new ideas and create in the Patent system to be patent it.* Capable to create bench testing fixtures and 3D printing to validate the performance and functionally.* Capable to Create Benchmarking Study to analyze the Global market and improve the Design to be more competitive.*PFMEA, DFMEA, DVP & R tools experience.
