ABOUT RUBEN SCUGLIA

I’m Ruben Scuglia, founder of Regenerative Stories, an initiative that merges narrative, education, and exponential business design to empower young visionaries to enter the New Space economy. My calling began in childhood, watching the space race unfold and witnessing the Moon landing on TV. That dream led me to study Aerospace Engineering, but I chose not to complete the degree: at the time, the curriculum didn’t include any content related to space. Over the years, I expanded my perspective through studies in Political Science, Sustainability, Business, Future Thinking, and Education, hoping that someday, all those disciplines would converge with my passion for space exploration. Today, that desire has become action. I’ve brought together my knowledge and experience to help young people regenerate outdated paradigms, designing innovative, sustainable business models that respond to the real challenges of the space sector. That’s how Regenerative Stories was born — an edtech startup that, through immersive narrative adventures, games, mentoring, and consulting, addresses one of the great challenges of our time: the inequality and unemployment that most deeply affects youth. I call this approach Exponential Narrative — the art of transforming reality through stories that awaken purpose and activate sustainable futures.
