ABOUT RUBEN MORENO FRENER

Perfume by Prada.Ruben Moreno Freaner is an experienced technologist and entrepreneur with a track record of driving digital transformation and AI-powered innovation across multinational corporations, startups, and SMBs. He began his career in data science and cloud architecture roles at organizations such as Coca-Cola FEMSA, Indra, Livingston International, and Amazon. In these positions, he delivered large-scale automation initiatives, advanced data intelligence models, and operational tools that enhanced business performance and customer experience. In 2017, Ruben co-founded Leadsphere.com, an initiative focused on helping retail brands accelerate their e-commerce transformation. He later relocated to Seattle to join Amazon’s Alexa organization, where he spent six years building machine learning solutions to power delightful customer experiences. During his tenure at Amazon, he contributed to diverse teams spanning Books, Grand Challenge, and Global Trade Services. Following his time at Amazon, Ruben co-founded CodeStack Systems alongside James Dykstra. This boutique consultancy blends enterprise-grade expertise with startup agility, partnering with clients across the United States, Europe, and LATAM to modernize core systems, integrate cloud and AI capabilities, and deliver measurable impact through data-centric automation. At CodeStack Systems, Ruben leads a senior team that helps organizations modernize their operations and unlock value from their data at scale. Building on strong client demand for secure, intelligent automation, he invented and launched DocuScout.com in 2024. DocuScout is an enterprise AI platform that enables manufacturers and distributors to instantly convert quote requests received via email, voice, Slack, and other channels into accurate, compliant quotes. The platform seamlessly syncs with existing business systems, manages client communications, and supports end-to-end sales quote processing workflow. Built on AWS with SOC 2. Ruben is a graduate of EADA Business School. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and struggles with Russian. An avid learner and hands-on team member. He served as Assistant Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the Youth American Football League at ITESM CSF, CDMX. He resides in Seattle, Washington.
