At Authentic Element, a Denmark-based somatic therapy practice, I supported the integration of psychology, design, and communication. I produced reflective session summaries and SOAP notes for trauma-informed IFS therapy sessions, helping clinicians track client progress and deepen insight. Alongside this clinical work, I developed social-media content that translated complex therapeutic ideas into grounded, accessible language. I also designed Canva posts, facilitator spotlights, and event visuals consistent with the brand’s color palette and emotional tone, and contributed research on somatic and attachment frameworks for the practice’s educational materials.
