Developing validation test plans and keep them updated per the latest OEM Specifications- Working with OEM throughout the test plan approval process, as well as keeping them informed about test plan typos/deviations and get their agreement on plan addendums- Drawing EMC test setups as supporting documentation for testing Labs and personnel- Proposing simulators, harnesses, and load boxes, making modifications as needed in order to meet OEM validation requirements - Designing, developing, maintaining and operating a pre-compliant EMC Laboratory that includes: Radiated Emissions, Conducted Emissions (Voltage Method & Current Method), Bulk Current Injection & ESD testing- Finding equipment suppliers, have them added to the MRO system, get quotes for equipment and place orders- Finding external third-party EMC Labs in Detroit area in case that needed (UL, Elite, NTS, TUV SUD). Also working closely with Labs for official validations [ARTC (TW), Reliable Analysis (China)], managing schedules and activities- Managed Lab building activities, and generate expense/reimbursement reports as needed- Managing day to day Lab activities, operating equipment, creating/updating testing templates, and managing work orders- Procuring Lab supplies, keeping the Lab clean and organized, and instituting and enforcing safety protocols- Creating reports and summaries and have internal and external customers up to date- Guiding EMC colleagues in Taiwan and China on how to properly setup EMC Tests through official DV/PV validations- Helping EE Teams to debug EMC issues- Single point of contact of EMC Testing within Delta TIBU with OEM Customers
