17 years working in the hospitality industry conducting repairs within areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, havoc, telephone and computer management. I am responsiable for maintaining budgets for the Engineering department, and responsible for the planning and managing of capital projects for a 714 villa resort. This includes the scheduling of the staff\'s work week and providing support to all departments within the resort when requested. My role also includes making arrangments with contractors for upcoming resort projects and ensuring all inspection records are current per company policies. Providing training and coordinating training classes for the development of the staff within each department is also one of my more favorable responsibilities. I have also acquired training in the following. 2 year construction experience 7 years technical experience with electronics, computer board repairs and wiring.
