As a member of the European EHS team, I am responsible for the management of the Italian sites, I collaborate in the management of the European sites and I support the management of the global sites.In particular- led EHS projects for installation and maintenance of semiconductor machines and facilities on 5 customer construction and manufacturing sites in Italy without serious injuries- Italian, European and US legislative compliance assessment, with particular focus on machinery legislation- coordination of Italian site representatives for EHS activities, emergency and business continuity management- increased compliance by 15% by modifying the existing process for training and medical clearance in Italy- implementation of European projects and support in global projects with the reference teams- implementation and improvement of global EHS programs, with particular European and Italian focus- as human and organizational performance advocate, I successfully closed on time the deployment of the hop training project in Europe; moreover, I’m leading deep analyses to catch and solve system and individuals gaps- collaboration and back up for the management of customer construction sites and manufacturing sites in Europe- as strategic partner, I successfully connected corporate with manufacturing and R&D labs in Italy to complete 45001 and 14001 recertifications
