I started out working as a coordinator for a now-defunct wholesale floral supplier, which taught me time management skills, interpersonal skills to engage clients, managing multiple priorities in a stressful environment, working in a team environment, and supply chain management. I made my way to banking to apply what I have learned to grow professionally.Currently, I have a background in banking with working experience in KYC, BSA/AML regulations, consumer and business lending functions.I value meeting new people and learning from their experiences. There is a lot of knowledge out there, and the best way to gain access to that pool of knowledge is by meeting new people and keeping your mind open to new ideas. This, in turn, makes self-development and growth all the more fruitful. Having this kind of mindset has allowed me to develop a refined top-down and systemic thinking thought process by looking at the bigger picture of any situation and being able to break it down into its various different forms. My keen interest in looking at all the little components allows me to be thorough and informative and builds on my knowledge-gathering efforts to better serve customers in my role and all future roles I find myself within the banking world.
