I’m a Product Manager who ships mobile and web experiences for connected products. I take ideas from vision to roadmap to PRD, then drive cross-functional execution through launch and iteration, grounded in customer feedback, experiments, and measurable outcomes.Across smart buildings, SaaS, and connected hardware/software, I’ve partnered with embedded, cloud, and mobile teams to deliver reliable customer experiences, including OTA release coordination, device onboarding/provisioning, and post-launch telemetry-driven improvements. I’ve also built scalable enablement and self-service systems that improve adoption and reduce support burden.I help organizations and customers become confident users of AI. Most recently, I launched AI-enabled self-service and content workflows that reduced human-supported demand by ~80% while helping customers move faster from setup to successful outcomes.
