I have over 25 years of diverse experience in the areas of business growth and new product development with large and small organizations in the CATV distribution, security, and telecommunications industries. During this time I held multiple executive management roles within organizations such as General Electric, ADC Telecommunications, and Elastic Networks, where I was part of the executive leadership team that led a successful IPO.While at ADC Telecommunications, I had increasing leadership responsibilities. As Director of Engineering, I was responsible for the development of all fiber optic digital and RF video transport systems. Later, as Vice President of Engineering, I was responsible for the development of new products for ADC’s cable telephony product line.As the Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Elastic Networks, I led the Engineering team that developed a complete VDSL product family. Additionally, under my guidance, the Operations team delivered product and services exceeding the analyst revenue expectations as a new publicly traded company.At General Electric I held the position of Director of Engineering.
