I\'m a UK-qualified actuary with specialism in M&A transactions, working across Pensions and Benefits. I have 15+ years of professional experience with employee benefits across the world and deep knowledge of EMEA markets. Being based in Paris now, I previously worked in London and Dublin. I started my career in UK pensions, before moving to International Benefits, and then Mergers & Acquisitions. To date, I have worked on more than 150 M&A projects, ranging from buyside Due Diligence of small owner-led businesses, up to project-managing multi-billion dollar corporate carve-outs. I have worked with both Corporate and Private Equity clients in this space, formerly working in Aon\'s dedicated M&A practice.
