In Avekshaa i am responsible for handling multiple large scale banking projects with respect to performance availability scalability point of view, managing pre-sales activities, grooming internal teams for performance engineering, preparation of technical proposals, development of internal software\'s, involved in recruitment activities for right talent on-boarding in Avekshaa. Preparation of various internal templates for standardizing reporting across all the tracks.\\\\n\\\\nArchitecture designing of internal systems and also analyzing our customers architecture designs and identifying issues in existing architecture with respect to scalability.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
