ABOUT REBECCA ROBINSON

I\'ve always been curious about how technology can help manage workload, improve work-life balance, and solve problems we didn\'t even realize we had. Over the years, my roles have evolved as company needs have changed – from Legal Assistant to Contracts Manager to LMS Administrator. My work has involved everything from managing corporate filings and trademark research to supporting technology transitions and coordinating with contractors across different time zones. I\'ve become skilled at managing complex DocuSign workflows with multiple signatures, creating statements of work for clinical projects, and handling independent contractor agreements. I work comfortably across both Apple and Windows environments, whether that\'s OneDrive or Google workspace.I find it rewarding when a system or process actually makes people\'s work easier (both Apple and Windows). I have a knack for spotting problems before they become bigger issues and figuring out solutions that work for everyone. Whether it\'s troubleshooting technical issues, streamlining workflows, or helping other teams when they need support, I approach each situation with the question:\"How can we make this work better?\"Currently at Beaufort LLC, I focus on contract management and implementing the Docebo LMS, building on my previous experience with clinical monitoring oversight in the same company. I\'ve worked in office, remote, and hybrid environments, and I\'ve learned that being collaborative and adaptable is just as important as technical skills. The thing I\'ve discovered over 30+ years is that every organization has its own unique challenges, and the best solutions often come from really listening to what people need and then finding the right tools to support that.
