My team fights financial fraud and crimes and keeps our platform clear of malicious activity, enabling our Guests to pay and Hosts to get paid safely, making their Airbnb experience delightful. We develop Compliance and Fraud controls on Airbnb\'s payment flows globally. Responsible for- Risk Management encompassing managing the Transaction Loss Budget, developing Risk detection systems, mitigations/friction strategy, Disputes and Chargeback strategy- Compliance controls encompassing Sanctions, Anti Money Laundering Controls - Know Your Customer, Transaction Monitoring & Consumer Protection controls like GDPR, Strong Customer Authentication
