I led the safety effort in three facilities with a headcount peaking at 900+ full-time and contract employees. Efforts that were recognized with 2 CEO safety awards for achieving all safety goals including 90%+ scores on 3 consecutive annual corporate safety audits. Areas of focus-minimize workplace incidents and injuries (with the goal of zero injuries!)-education and training -adherence and compliance with applicable regulations -fostering an effective and employee-led safety culture -Support and engagement through clear and open communication with all stakeholders My extensive background in manufacturing and distribution operations means I quickly evaluate unsafe situations and act decisively to reduce or eliminate risks to team members in industrial environments. Keeping employees safe from orientation to getting hired through the entire period of employment is a critical part of a company\'s responsibility to the community and I am passionate about that obligation. I have proven ability achieving goals in fast-paced production and distribution environments. I absolutely enjoyed achieving production goals and the very best part was achieving doing everything safely, without injury or incident. I\'m passionate about bringing new ideas to the table that will raise efficiency and improve quality.
