I\'m passionate about delivering great outcomes, building impactful relationships, creating a positive collaborative work environment, process improvement and providing a superior Trainee, Candidate, and New Hire experience. I\'ve built trusted relationships and leveraged my extensive experience in Talent Acquisition to train, coach and mentor Recruiter Trainees the importance of becoming a consultative Recruiter in every interaction. Every facilitated training presented an opportunity for me to teach and mentor Trainees around specific core Recruiter skills emphasizing how each element fits into the overall recruitment lifecycle and teaching behaviors that will ultimately make Trainees successful Recruiters and Trusted Advisors to their stakeholders. I\'ve consistently had opportunities to formally or informally assess Trainees\' performance and knowledge of the skills taught to include understanding their needs in the training moment, answering questions, role playing and providing constructive feedback. These leadership characteristics and experience gave me the opportunity to refine my training delivery skills to truly understand the needs of our Trainee class, pause and pivot when needed to ensure Trainees understood the concepts taught, the Recruitment Lifecycle and the behaviors of a successful Recruiter. I possess the ability to think on my feet, pivot and become agile in a moment\'s notice to address the Trainees\' needs. My training style, along with my extensive Talent Acquisition experience, has contributed to feedback received by our recent Recruiter Trainee class that their training was the \"best training program\" they have ever experienced.I\'ve developed domestic and global partnerships with Talent Acquisition and Corporate team members for clients and AMS to execute and deliver new process and/or training initiatives. In my previous roles, I\'ve worked in conjunction with leadership teams where my insight, input and recommendations were integral to the business operations. I had an opportunity to conceptualize, design, implement, and facilitate the GE Healthcare New Hire Virtual Recruiter Training & Onboarding Program to include developing training modules, session reviews and detail agendas for the two-week Virtual E-learning. These experiences have solidified my passion for Talent Acquisition and sharing the importance of being authentic, bold, consultative and a becoming a trusted advisor in every interaction.
