I\'ve spent the last 12+ years building teams, fixing broken processes, and figuring out how to make organizations run better — usually in environments where the growth was outpacing the systems.Currently at Paycom, where I lead a large implementation organization and also serve as the AI and automation lead for the broader department. My team sits at the intersection of Sales, Implementation, and long-term Client Support. Over the past few years we\'ve consistently done more with less — not by burning people out, but by building smarter internal tools, automating the right things, and rethinking how work actually flows through the organization.Before Paycom, I spent nearly a decade at Computer-Rx — joining as one of four salespeople during a high-growth period, and eventually running VP-level functions across customer success, operations, and strategic partnerships as the company scaled and went through acquisition. Along the way we worked directly with HHS on vaccine reporting integrations, built prescription delivery partnerships with Uber and Lyft, and grew the partner business from an untracked revenue stream into a real, expanding P&L.I\'m also a co-founder and partial owner of William & Lauren Custom Clothier.
