I love to support brilliant people bringing deep tech to the climate fight. I\'m also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.At LBNL, I ran the Cyclotron Road division to support early stage companies to develop their tech while getting excellent entrepreneurial training. As a professor, I researched computational methods and mentored wonderful graduate students. I helped stand up Good Energy Collective because we need nuclear energy policies that work for people. At ARPA-E, I developed and managed funding programs to solve tough technical challenges in the advanced nuclear sector and supported an innovative funding portfolio in ag tech. I started the nuclear innovation bootcamp to build bridges between nuclear and the broader innovation ecosystem.
